Okay, so while trying to ignore Coens temper tantrum at the library yesterday i stumbled across this book, and let me say, I freakin loved it, am rushing out to buy the rest of hers tomorrow....She is the successful writer version of me, with her potty mouth and her self deprecating humor and kevin smith quotes....she is like a fat, femal, david sedaris....love her

I can't believe I didn't tell you about her before! I discovered Such A Pretty Fat this summer and have loved Jen Lancaster ever since. I read every blog she writes, even the ones expressing her political opinions (she's a Republican), and I just think she hung the moon. Also: she's a big fan of I Can Has Cheezburger, which, let's face it, is probably the only thing that gets me through the day sometimes. I can imagine that she and I would be friends IRL. We just wouldn't be able to talk politics.
